Each piece has been Designed & Handcrafted by me, Jo Kealley, in my Brisbane-based Studio.
Payments are made via the secure Shopify system. You can select to pay via your chosen method at checkout.
Payment must be made in full and have cleared before I ship your order. If you are having any issues with payment please do not hesitate to contact me and I will assist you in any way that I can.
If you choose to pay via Bank Deposit this must be completed within 3 business days of your purchase otherwise the order will be canceled & items returned to stock.
From time to time I offer discount codes, there will be different usage conditions for each code. Please read carefully as unfortunately refunds cannot be processed if the code is not entered. Only one code can be used per order, so if there are multiple codes available to you choose the code that offers you the best deal.
Orders will be posted to the address provided by you at checkout. Orders will be processed within 3-5 working days from when I receive payment notification. I post on weekdays only, no packing and posting is done from the Studio during weekends.
All orders are sent via the Australia Post Click & Send system which provides a Tracking ID#. If you provide an email address at Checkout you will receive updates from Australia Post on the status of your order. Lost parcels will be raised with Australia Post via the formal enquiry process. Should Tracking show the item has been delivered to the address entered at Checkout by the customer I will be unable to replace or refund you.
If you require Express Postage or Signature on Delivery within Australia please contact me to arrange these services. Express Postage does not expedite my packing and processing time, but does place it in the Express Post network for more prompt delivery.
Your order will come carefully wrapped & presented in Classic Hello Little Friday style.
I am more than happy to gift wrap your treat prior to postage so feel free to email me any specifics you require. Gift wrap and personalized message is complimentary.
All orders are packed by me with great care to ensure safe transit to their destination. Items damaged in transit will need to be addressed by the recipient to Australia Post directly. If you receive a damaged parcel I suggest you photograph the box prior to opening as Australia Post will likely require this if you wish to pursue reimbursement from them.
If you are unhappy with your order for a reason other than damage in transit please contact me within 5 working days of receiving your package. I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly.
Please read item descriptions carefully making note of colours, finish and sizes, refunds or exchanges are not available if you have simply changed your mind.
