Australian Postage

All orders are sent boxed to ensure their safety while in transit. Due to the thickness of these boxes Australia Post requires them to be sent at a Small Parcel rate. 

Upon lodgement of your order you will receive an email from Australia Post with your Tracking ID#. This can be Tracked online here. Parcels are sometimes scanned en-route at the discretion of Australia Post so therefore information updates can be sporadic on their website.

Should you elect to have your order sent un-boxed as a large letter no guarantee can be given for it's safe arrival at the destination. Please contact me prior to purchase to see if this is an option for your order.

International Postage

As with Australian orders, all international orders are sent boxed to ensure their safety while in transit. Due to the thickness of these boxes Australia Post requires them to be sent at a Small Parcel rate. 

With the introduction of VAT for all UK & EU orders it is the responsibility of the customer to pay these duties upon receipt of goods. You may be required to pay the local Customs Authority or a Third Party delivery provider. I am not responsible for any delays to delivery due to time taken for VAT to be paid & processed. Please research the VAT rate for your location as it varies between countires.

ALL ORDERS

Please check your address carefully at checkout. I use an app that directly pulls information from my website to automatically print address labels. The address you enter in the ‘Ship to’ box is where I will post your parcel.

Parcels returned to me due to an incorrect delivery address being entered at checkout OR if they have not been collected from the Post Office within the time set by Australia Post will need to be resent - postage to be paid by the customer. If I receive a returned parcel I will contact you with a link provided to pay for the additional postage.
