Shipping policy

All orders are sent via Australia Post with Tracking Information. If you provide an email address at Checkout you will receive system generated updates from Australia Post on the status of your order.

 

Should Tracking show the item has been delivered to the address you entered at Checkout you will need to contact Australia Post (or your local carrier if you are located outside Australia) unfortunately I will not be able to replace or refund the order for you. 

 

PLEASE NOTE : if your item is unable to be delivered & sent to a local post office for collection you are responsible for collecting the item in the time frame Australia Post dictates. Should the item be returned to me after that time has elapsed I am charged for the return postage. To receive your order you will need to pay the return postage to have it resent.

 

If you require Express Postage or Signature on Delivery within Australia please choose this at checkout.
Express Postage does not expedite my packing and processing time, but does place it in the Australia Post Express network for more prompt delivery.

 

Lost parcels will need to be raised with Australia Post (or your local carrier if you are located outside Australia)via their formal enquiry process by the receiver.

 

All orders are packed by me with great care to ensure safe transit to their destination. Items damaged in transit will need to be addressed by the recipient to Australia Post (or your local carrier if you are located outside Australia) directly. If you receive a damaged parcel I suggest you photograph the box prior to opening as Australia Post (or your local carrier if you are located outside Australia) will require this if you wish to pursue a claim and reimbursement from them.
