CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to hygiene regulations governing the sale of accessories no refunds or exchanges due to change of mind will be given. Product listings contain detailed information including size & materials. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to read & understand prior to purchase.
If you believe your item to be faulty or defective in some way please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can work out a way to best resolve the situation. Please bear in mind handmade items are not machine made, minor issues can include tiny bubbles, irregular colour or placement of inclusions & uneven edges or finishes, these issues are not considered faults.
GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
All orders are packed with great care to ensure safe transit to their destination.
If you receive a damaged item contact me within 24hours of receiving your order. Please take photos of the exterior packaging and the items within for your records. You will require photos to pursue your damage in transit claim with the freight company used.
MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive your order and something is missing or an incorrect item has been sent please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can work out a way to best resolve the situation.
